We offer the best quality battery re-packing service & new battery manufacture. We have brand new cells & 2nd hand cells (good/tested), including warranty with a proper certified capacity. Our service includes diagnosing, testing & repair (if possible). We are also building custom Li-ion & Li-Pos Batteries for EV’s & electric bikes.

We have many years of experience maintaining & servicing our own fleet of electric bike batteries here in Samui, Thailand & now offer this service for customers. Good Quality Lithium batteries should have a service life of 5 years. That’s what we aim to achieve.

Many problems occur because of cheap Chinese cells flooding the market. Also, the BMS, cell balance & charging during construction. With our extensive research into individual cells & batteries, we have lots of data to draw on & can offer you a great solution with a balance of money & quality. Prior to building a battery, all cells are individually tested & balanced.

If your battery isn’t working, we can perform simple tests & dismantle for inspection. If we can fix your battery, we’ll let you know. The cost of inspection starts at ฿500, which includes proper capacity testing. If your battery is considered dead & not worth fixing, you can have it back or can leave it with is for further recycling.

Recycled Cells - We now sell 18650 cells with certified Liitokala capacity testing. We sell the cells from 1000mAh up. They are sorted into 100mAh lots. Many brands are available including Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Sanyo. There are other brands too. The intention is to supply the DIY hobbyists & off-grid Powerwall communities. Normally, cells which have been used in high-performance applications like e-bikes, are still uaseful for other lower power applications.

It is clear that the small capacity Li-ion (polymer) Battery containing lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) offers a great option for electronic applications. However, lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) is very expensive and un-safe for large capacity Li-ion Battery. Recently lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) has been becoming "best-choice" materials in commercial Li-ion (polymer) Batteries for large capacity and high power applications, such as lap-top, power tools, e-wheel chair, e-bike, e-car and e-bus. A LiFePO4 battery has superior performance characteristics such as safety in line with lead-acid & as powerful as lithium ion cells.
